SAFETY

Safety

At CG Jones, safety isn’t just a policy it’s the foundation of everything we do. From leadership to field crews, it’s built into every level of our operations, every single day. Our dedicated safety manager oversees a comprehensive training program for all employees and monitors active project sites to ensure our high standards are upheld. We reinforce this commitment with regular safety audits, weekly company-wide meetings, and daily job safety analysis (JSA) meetings. We believe safety is a shared responsibility from executives to day one employees.  By giving every team member a voice, we foster a culture where safety is proactive, collaborative, and constantly improving. At CG Jones, protecting people and job sites always comes first.
