CG Jones, LLC is more than just a construction company; it's the product of years of expertise, collaboration, and a shared vision for better building solutions in Northwest Alabama. The story begins with Trey Alexander and Brad Williams, two experienced professionals in the civil engineering and construction industries. For over two decades, both had built successful careers serving the Shoals area, operating their own engineering and surveying firms in Muscle Shoals. Their businesses thrived independently, but as they continued working on projects, they recognized something important: they could accomplish more together than apart. In 2013, this realization led them to merge their businesses and create Civil Group, LLC, a firm focused on delivering high-quality civil engineering and surveying solutions. Their goal was simple: to provide practical, common-sense solutions backed by years of industry experience. Over the next seven years, Civil Group made a name for itself, earning the trust of clients across the region. But as their reputation grew, so did the feedback from clients. Many voiced a common concern: a need for better options when it came to site and civil construction. Trey and Brad listened. Instead of waiting for the right solution to come along, they decided to create it. With their deep understanding of both engineering and construction, they formed CG Jones, LLC, a company built to bridge the gap between design and execution.
