CG Jones played a key role as a subcontractor, completing erosion control, demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, storm drainage, underground utilities, concrete work, paving, retaining walls, and landscaping.
CG Jones played a vital role in developing the Sweetwater Apartments, a multi-family community built to meet the growing housing demand in the Shoals. Our team completed excavation, grading, utility installation, stormwater systems, and paving to prepare the site for construction. The project required careful coordination, as deep storm sewer infrastructure had to be installed alongside active building work. In total, we moved more than 22,000 cubic yards of soil and installed over 5,700 linear feet of utilities. Through precision, planning, and teamwork, we delivered a site ready for a modern apartment community that adds lasting value to Florence.
