Project Details

We prepared the site for Lake Ridge, a riverfront community on the Tennessee River, and we have started construction on Phase 2—a new marina to enhance this growing neighborhood.

CG Jones provided the site development for Lake Ridge, a residential community located on the beautiful Tennessee River in Muscle Shoals. Our work included mass excavation, grading, utilities, drainage systems, and roadway construction to prepare the site for new homes. The project featured challenging terrain, requiring close collaboration with the owner and engineer to revise road alignments and grading in order to preserve the unique natural resources the site had to offer. This effort laid the foundation for a modern neighborhood that combines scenic riverfront living with the growth and vitality of the Shoals area. Phase 2 of the development will feature a marina on the Tennessee River, with CG Jones is under construction now.
