Our team is proud to support one of North Alabama's signature manufacturers through an ongoing program of improvements across the Tiffin Motorhomes campus in Red Bay. The work spans multiple buildings and has grown from an initial parking lot contract into a broader campus effort, including employee, visitor center, and mechanic shop parking lots, concrete aprons at the service center and mechanic shop, and a restroom renovation at the main plant. Every phase will be completed on an active manufacturing and service campus, requiring careful sequencing around customer RVs, service traffic, and daily plant operations. Additional facility expansion work is currently in design.
